Eligible Training Provider List Policy Notice of Public Comment
The Virgin Islands Workforce Development Board (VIWDB) is requesting public comment on the draft Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) policy, procedural guide, and applications.
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires States to establish eligibility criteria, policy, and procedures for initial and continued eligibility for training providers and their programs to be included on the State’s ETPL.
The ETPL is designed to gather and display useful information on training providers, their services, and the quality of their programs. It is a key piece of the State one-stop system, and it must be made available to the public and specifically to individual
seeking information on training programs to be funded under WIOA Title 1-B programs.

15, 2022, and should be emailed to Sonia Boyce, Executive Director at sonia.boyce@dol.vi.gov.
This Virgin Islands Workforce Development Board Eligible Training Provider program is supported through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title I allocation by the Employment and Training Administration of the United States Department of Labor
as part of an award totaling $2,292,224 with a varying percentage of funds financed from non-governmental sources.
