VIWDB is requesting public comment on the draft Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) policy, procedural guide, and applications.

Comments collected through the public comment period will be considered and revisions will be incorporated into the final State Plan, as appropriate.

Waiver of WIOA Section 134(c)(3)(H)(i) and 20 CFR 680.720(b) in order to increase on-the-job training (OJT) employer reimbursement up to 90 percent for businesses with 50 or fewer employees.

The US Virgin Islands has selected to submit a Unified State Plan which covers the six (6) required programs and is administered locally by three (3) separate agencies.
